You should try writing your questions in English, plenty of non-native speakers here.
That way you get more people reading your question instead of just me with my very basic Portuguese.
I get what the problem is - your BOR object isn't instantiated in the workflow after you start it with SAP_WAPI_CREATE_EVENT.
First thing to do is check the event-to-workflow binding.
