You're mixing up a lot of terms here: email, workitem, notification. Not sure what you mean.
For me a notification is an email telling a user about a workitem in his inbox.
Your workflow logs are showing that K Merchant executed that Dialog step. It doesn't say who it was sent to or if it was forwarded. To do that, for the 4th time now, I'm telling you that you have to look at the actual workflow log in SWI1 and not just the first screen in SWI1. The workflow log shows all of the steps and the container values at every step.
