1. Customized Idoc will provide from ABAP team , we have to re import it in esr level through imported objects... if r you using standard no issue ..

2.at target structure add two feilds manually

3.In MM- map the added feilds as per that

4.after that the same will reflect to rest designing and configuration parts

5.once do the ESR cache refresh

6. check once cache is up to date ..
