It is another case where you need to go to ABAPer with your clear specifications. Here the specifications can be like you want to list all such Orders which could be
- TECOed without CNF (if you want so)
- TECOed but the linked Notification is still open
- TECOed but waiting for settlement (KO88)
- Settled but not CLSD
Similar other situation if any.
