What is issue now with same output type?
Keep condition record for PO document type as follow
PO output type-------PO document type -----medium
NEU-----------------------NB---------------------------1
NEU-----------------------ZNB--------------------------5
Just creating PO with same vendor with different document types for same out put type(NEU) and if any issue - share all screens
