In our Company, we are looking into the possibility to setup a forecasting model or process in our R/3 system. The problem is that I am not quite sure the approach to set this up in the system as I have not worked that much with forecasting in SAP.
We have a Sales Department and a Purchase Department who purchase into our warehouse. We want the Sales Department to send forecast data on SKU level that can be loaded into SAP and somehow be used on the MRP (MD07/MD04) for demand planning.
What's our options and which TAC's are needed for the setup?
