The infoobject cannot be created in attribute of Infoobject in 7.31

Hello All,

I am working on BW7.31 SP7. I find the infoobject in attribute could not be created. The reproduce steps are:

RSA1->InfoObjects->Create char InfoObject-> Fill required fields in the General tab->Go to Attributes tab->create a infoobject in attribute field and fill all required fields->Click "Activate"

Previously there will be a pop-up message to tell you "Dependent inactive Info Objects exist – should these be activated also?", but now, nothing pop up, and the message tells you "InfoObject <attribute InfoObject> is not available in version M.

Is there someone met this issue?
