We are planning to migrate our BW systems on Oracle to HANA and we plan to change System SID name for the BW system on HANA. I looked at note SAP note 886102 and below wiki for details.

and the scenario explained in above note that's close to our case is B2.
Original BW system SID - BXP
Target BW system SID - BTP
Above note and wiki does not have any details on how to handle Delta queue entries in R/3 source system. We plan to clear all delta queue entries in R/3 source system by running delta infopackages twice in original BW system before we start Export/Import copy to HANA. If there are any entries created in R/3 source system afterwards they will be pointing to original BW source system BXP. How do we extract this entries to new target BW system which will have new SID name(BTP).
Please give me details on what steps i need to implement to ensure delta queues in R/3 source system point to the new BW system?
