You'd better update SAP_UI component to >= SP14 to prevent some UI errors when compared with your SAP_BASIS and SAP_APPL component (You'd better to update SPs together with SAP Solution Manager MOPZ).
Please try with url http://<server>:<port>/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/shells/abap/FioriLaunchpad.html?sap-theme=sap_bluecrystal to see if there is any thing different.
