I have a requirement to create a sale order and update serial number for the order. I have used BAPI_SALEORDER_CREATEFROMDAT1 to create sale order. After going through few scn I got two function modules IWOL_WV_ADD_OBJECTS and IWOL_WV_POST_OBJECT_LIST to update serial number for the order. It worked, serial number was updated but the problem is the sale order is still showing as incomplete. And unless I complete the sale order process I won't be able to create delivery for that order.
Again after researching on the above issue I came to know about the field VBAP-ANZSN(i.e, Number of serial numbers) is missing in item table it is being maintained as 0. Is there any function module to update the field or any other process to make the sale order document process complete.
Any help or tip is highly appreciated.
