And standard copy package will not allow to copy from one to many.
Instead of standard copy you have to use script logic with allocation like:
*RUNALLOCATION
*FACTOR =1
*DIM TIME WHAT=2017.01; WHERE=BAS(2018.TOTAL)
*ENDALLOCATION
