provisional fixed Wage type table name employee wise

dear team,

Can you please tell me the table name for wage type which is created for monthly provision employee wise . For example we are making a provision for bonus 25.33 per month and generating that amount in schema for wage type 5003 and 5004 . I want to capture that data in different report .
