Have you verified the infotype header configuration in the target client after having moved the transport request with SCC1? I think a good idea would be to verify whether the configuration for infotype headers matches in both clients. Please check at least the following:
SPRO > Personnel Management > Personnel Administration > Customizing User Interfaces > Change Screen Header
SPRO > Personnel Management > Personnel Administration > Customizing User Interfaces > Header Modifier
SPRO > Personnel Management > Personnel Administration > Customizing User Interfaces > Infotype Header Definition
Please note, that user parameters such as MOLGA and UGR also might affect the header, so make sure that they match in both clients.
