Hi Jagan, The reduction rule for annual leave is set at 02 Reduction for Inactive Days (No Accrual. Even if the employee does not take any leave but takes a part day as lwop no accrual it will still accrue for the full day. The only time it does not accrue is if the absence type of lowp no accrual is entered for the full day. Any other explanations? Cheers Chris
