EPMContextMember allow a single context member for the specified dimension based on the filter which acts on Member-Properties. So, not possible in simple manner.
But if you maintain any property for the base member then you can do...by filtering with the PARENTH1 property & the Base-Member property
like put your filter as -
"PARENTH1 = X ; BASE_MEMBER = Y"
These works...you can use that...
