Choose HU via FIFO rules or WM FIFO report

Dear experts,

We have a requirement like this,

Stock is managed with WM and HU.

Instead of packing in the outbound delivery, We want to pre-pack the HUs first.

The FIFO strategy in the WM is F.

Does there have a report for us to choose the HUs using the FIFO rule?

or there is a WM FIFO report for choosing the correct HUs for repack?
