SAP in general allows posting with 3 decimals, even when they are not displayed in the stock overview because of your customizing.
You are actually focusing on the wrong section in customizing.
just move your attention to the upper left section.
If you would change the decimal places from 0 to 3 then you would see the decimals in MMBE
