Looking at the CR 2013 PAM I do not see any mention of "Jobboss". See the following:

I did a quick search on Crystal and Jobboss but did not find much:

Looks like Jobboss integrates Crystal Reports via one of the CR SDKs - for sure it used to use the Report Designer Component way back (that SDK is retired now). How Jobboss integrates CR now, I do not know.
I think the better place to ask will be Jobboss.
