I am wondering what the "Best Practice" Approach might be to enable employees to upload their Foto in ESS-Persinfo (without the full authorization to change Infotype 0002). (NWBC for HTML; EHP 7)

Everything works fine - with the full authorizations for IT0002 employees could upload and delete their photos. But since no one should have authorizations to change any data within IT0002 except the photo funktionality, we are wondering what the best approach might be. Either to change something in the authorizations or to copy the photo application and authorize on the copied application. What is your recommendation and how did you do it? ... a few hints as a step by step kind instruction for the more complicated solutions would be highly appreciated.
