we're currently implementing the data exchange of accounts between SAP ERP and C4C (via PI).
Or requirement is that prospects can be created in both systems (ERP and C4C) and should be transferred between both systems.
In ERP we already have an account group Z005 with internal number assignment and an account group ZEX5 with external number assignment.
Z005 prospects should be created in ERP (internal number assignment there) and replicated to C4C (external number assignment there).
ZEX5 prospects should be created in C4C (internal number assignment there) and replicated to ERP (external number assignment there).
Number ranges for Z005 and ZEX5 are of course different and not overlapping.
Is this possible in C4C to maintain an external and internal number range for prospects and use the internal one for prospects created in C4C and the external one for receiving prospects from ERP?
